To find everyone buried in a county.

Search > Individuals > Presence > select Event and set to burial, fill in the place name. Select the place level you want to search.

Have the "then" set to replace the list with those found.

click on Search

The sure levels are set for each event, if the basic mode is being used a default 1 is set and you can't change it unless you go to advanced mode. I would set the sure level to 0 when asked for it.
