The SORT date in my project is the same as the FREE FORM and STRUCTURED dates in 90% of the people in it so don't understand how that could affect it. How would you not use the SORT date to generate a GEDCOM? I have not seen that option.

Speaking of TMG, how do you like it? I have wanted to try it but they don't have a demo that is workable. Do you know if you can sort the birth order of children in the whole project at once or do you have to do it one family at a time? Have you made a GEDCOM with it from your UFT import and if so does it list the children by birth order or in order that they were inputed? Would love to try TMG to find out. Already looked at 5 programs but only one was promising but it has other problems. Thanks.
