I don't recall asking them to wholly subsidize our use of UFT. Remember, I was one of those who paid over $200 for the early versions of ROOTS with its add-ons. I'm perfectly willing to pay a premium price if I get premium service.

But I note that the purveyors of NewsRover, Eudora, TMG and so forth issue fairly prompt free bug-fix updates im between their improvement versions for a price. CommSoft used to do that too.
