Importing UFT to Word97

Suddenly I am having problems importing Family Journal to Word 97. The Word 97 screen opens up then I get message:Run time error 102. I press "Debug" and get message: highlighted in yellow: Word Basic. Insert File Name ="C:\UFT\~fgetemp.rtf" Confirm Conversions=0. Do I type this message in at a Dos prompt? If so where? File at this point has no name. It is still a temp file. I defragged and it went through OK just once and then back to above. I can save in UFT Editor and then go to Explorer and drag and drop temp file to My documents and save as Word Doc. But prefer direct to Word. Can I reinstall Word over old Word program without losing data? Getting ready to print 15 years research, Need Help. Please reply also to Pamelam@prodigy.net.
