Menu manager internal consistency error

Hi All!

Today after adding new information on the "More" button for my cousin's record, when I tried to close UFT, I got the following message:

"! Menu manager internal consistency error."

What happened? What does this mean?

I clicked on "Help" to try to look this up in the index, and the UFT program closed abruptly. The message on my desktop was,

"Foxprow. The program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor."

I closed this window and shut down the computer completely. I couldn't find this error message in the unabridged UFT manual. I rebooted and went back to my cousin's record. The new information I had added to the "MORE" button was all there. I closed UFT without getting this message again.

What happened and what should I do?

Thank you in advance.

Theresa
