Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Carolyn

After you get the list of individuals which you do not have last names for, there will be a box at the top of this list that you must enter the name you are searching for (or just the first few letters) and click on the "Find Again" radio button. This feature was added in UFT several point issues ago to fix a problem when the entire list of names was searched on the first pass. Now you are limited to the first 250 names in the data base on the first pass and have to go throught the process again to get the real name. If you enter the last name (or any part of the last name) you must enter the "/" slash character before ths last name (without the quotes).
