Viola-
A few questions. Did you post this on this forum in 1999? I think so, but the old messages from mid 1999 are gone. If so do you remember any details, such as your having done any exotic copy and paste editing in your text? Or using bold or italics? You are aware of the problems with citations in UFT 3.0, aren't you? You do need to download the 3.10 patch.

What is the name of your final destination Word Processor? You say it is crashing trying to export to a file on the hard drive. Can you confirm that it is not crashing when you try to load the rtf file from the hard drive into the Word Processor program?

Does the program print out OK when printed directly to the "Automatically Launched" UFT editor with "Print to file deselected?"

What happens when you select "Print to file" in RTF and export to the "Automatically Launched" UFT Editor?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but they may be pertinent to the next approach.
