UFT Saving report in Rich Text Format

I have Ultimate Family Tree Version 3.0. I'm having trouble printing to file. I clicked on File, Clicked on Printer Setup, Clicked Printed to File, Marked Rich Text Format (RTF). Then I clicked Report, Clicked Family Journal, Clicked Print. Then computer shows Processing Individuals. Then Save as window comes up. I give a file name (i.e.) (grgsmith.rtf) Save file name as type: Rich Text Format. Click OK. Then processing records starts and stops and freezes up. I have to hold Ctrl & Alt & Delete. I have to End Task. Then I have to shut computer down.

Can anyone help me so I can print to file so it will work.
