Maggie, Thanks for your info. I have a book at the publishers now on my father's line but had to run it from UFT to RTF and copy to Word then reformat and edit so took about a year or more. I am very much a novice with the programs and computer but think someone has to have a better way than UFT does to let us get a good book out and not have so many problems or at least morfe help when and if needed.
I am working on my mother's line and would like to have more and better help available when it is needed so am glad to hear about the TMG program. I think your suggestion about getting it and practicing for awhile is an excellent one. I would love to be able to switch and go with the new one to get my lines done since I am now in my mid 70's and have promised my family some information for at least 10 years. Some of the family is already gone and others are in failing health so would like to finish what I have for whomever is left to enjoy it and then maybe a younger person will take it up and go from where I leave off. Thanks again. Keith
