If you have your original rootsV install it and reapply the ver. 2 update. When the you get the message "updating for international usage" let it run to completion, do not interrupt it. The update adds fields to the project files for international usage. You will get that on each project you open in UFT if you have more than one project. Once updated you won't see the message again.
