Ruthie, You solved the preparer and date problem but still no answer for the inability to correct mistakes in the footnotes for evidence. Corrections made on the monitor and that show as corrected on the monitor still come up on previews and print as the old incorrect data. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks much for reminding me that all areas of the print set up should be checked. Hope this problem can be corrected as easily. I have looked at all I can think of the help but to no avail.
