Keith, First of all, it may depend upon whether you are sending directly to the UFT editor or to an RTF file (other word processor) as to your options. Sometimes the biggest factor, however, is that a person hasn't checked to make sure that in the Page Setup Window the Prepaper Information is selected in the Page Layout. If it's neither of those things, it may also depend upon the version you are using as to whether it lets you use the preparer info or not. Seems that there was a "glitch" with that at one point or it was in an update or something.
