Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Dorothy

Join the rest of the UFT refugees. Several of them (quite a few) have switched or are in the process of switching to TMG. They have a special offer for users of UFT at www.whollygenes.com

TMG has made a concerted effort to make the switch from UFT to TMG as easy as possible, making quite a few changes to the TMG program to be able to read the UFT data directly without having to suffer the data loss that occures in GEDCOM transfers. There is more about the process on the same site. They call it Genbridge.
