Ron-
Someone else will have to comment on the Web page issue. But on the issue of printing to paper, be aware that UFT has two primary methods of printing.

The first method sends the report direct to the printer through a Report Writing Utility. This is where your file will go if you deselect "Print to File", but select "Automatically Launch UFT Editor".

The second method sends a Rich Text Format version of the Report to a file in a folder on your hard drive. The UFT program includes a "standalone" 16 bit "UFT Editor" which can then be used to import this RTF file. You cannot automatically launch an RTF file to the standalone UFT Editor. Deselect "Automatically Launch Editor" if you will be using the UFT Editor.

But you can automatically launch an RTF file to Winword.exe as well various versions of Wordperfect. Wordperfect 8 does not convert RTF files properly.

See the following postings in Betty's thread for further info on getting the right path to a Word Processor Program. You must send the index in the RTF file and work with it in the importing program.

If you have no other text editor, you MUST deselect Automatically Launch Editor and use the UFT Editor.

Good luck,
-john
