I used Ultimate Family Tree a couple years ago, but found Familytreemaker better software. I find someone else's comments about it being a "program for babies" rather insulting.
I found the ability to have UFT create web pages was a blessing - something that FTM lacks... but who knows...maybe sometime in the future, the makers of FTM will finally get the hint.
I'm sorry it had to end, but I enjoyed UFT when I used it.
