What? I bought UFT in 1997 and have contiued to buy all the upgrades. I knew that UFT was different than other genealogy software. My experience is that it was the most direct, less Disneyfied package I could find. I have always been impressed as I continue to learn about the program. I have never been impressed with tech support, but that seems to be common with most software manufacturers.
Sad. Today I visited the forum and learned this news. Sorry I haven't kept more up to date. So they were offering a free 2 month subscription to Genealogy Library? Gee, this is the first I have heard about that as well.
I hope that my database will be transferable to UFT's successor.
I am currently having difficulty uploading my webpage. How long will they keep the server up? Probably just before that long lost cousin comes looking to freely trade some information. Downer, this transient internet dross.
They won't even let me curse about this here. My first attempt to post was shunned due to inappropriate content for use of the "H" word.
