Chet, I wouldn't go crazy over trying to get it down to 250 right away. Sometimes only one or two strange ones is all that is necessary to delete. Try UFT again. Start windows again after deleting some. Keep doing this until the reports work. You may be able to reinstall some of the fonts; so you do want to make a copy of the font files and put them in another location so they don't delete. Some of us have over 500 fonts and still works without problems. I'm not sure why some can't run. I am a graphic designer, so the fonts are necessary. The fonts must be removed properly through the Fonts window and then Windows restarted to update the Registry. If you need to reinstall the MSN font, you can probably find it in your MSN CD and reinstall it the same way (through control panel/fonts). Sorry I didn't get back sooner and/or wasn't more specific, Chet.
