Maggie,
I really blew it so I am asking for help. I did make a backup before I started all of this! Thank God!!
I downloaded the new templates and they went to Windows/Temporary Internet Files/etc. When I tried to load them into UFT I had difficulty finding them so I copied them to my Roots4 folder. Then when I imported them according to the instructions I was not able to acces my project. It appears that all of the files are still in the folder but I can't access the data. I probably goofed when I used the same name for the project name when I imported the templates. I did say that I wanted them to go into the library from the drop down list.
I know that I should be able to restore my Roots4 folder from my Zip disc but I guess I am confused on how to get the new templates.
Shouldn't I save them with the same *.pro name? I will try again but first I will restore from my backup.
Joe
