Whenever anyone has problems like this I always suggest doing two things:
1) Go to the fixme.bat in the UFT folder (with your program closed) and double click on it. Then go back into your UFT pgoram.
2) do a Check/Repair

If, after doing these two things, you don't see any difference, then you probably have a corrupted file of some sort.

Once you get things straightened out, I would suggest your updating to 3.10 (free download)
