Ruth,

I don't know what the heck I did wrong but I can't make this work. I did exactly as you said except I printed directly to the printer. What I got was the first generation (4 pages) but no introduction page. Using the same options I then printed to file (Word) and got the same results. When I print a book I usually do not include the introduction in the print options. I create my own introduction using Word so am not sure what the introduction page looks like, but I know I didn't get one!

Thanks for trying to help a long time Roots/UFT user who still doesn't have the hang of it! Heaven help me when I try to switch to TMG!
