Please continue to do that. It is more important now that all technical support is done by Genealogy.com employees. When Mattel was providing some of those services, we didn't have direct control over their employees (couldn't reprimand them since they were employees of another company nor could we choose who at Mattel was doing genealogy technical support). Now, all support is done by the group I am a part of and any problem with support is our responsibility.
