I do not remember the exact date, but as I said earlier, after being on hold for a long time, (first call) I called the toll free number to see if they could tell me what was wrong. (Sales answered quickly) They put me on hold for just a short time, and stated that Support Tech. was working and to try again. That was when I attempted the second call. Both times I called, and recieved the message.. press this button for this... I pressed Tech Support (#1 I think) That is when it rang seemingly forever. Thats the story.
