Hello Jon Bell,

Perhaps you are not aware. We Ultimate Family Tree users are no longer 'customers'. The the company that owns this program has stopped all further development, stopped all further correction of bugs, and never was very good at providing answers for the users.

You are preaching to the choir, not to tech support. Tech support, as such, never read or respond on this website.

(Except occasionally Paul Burchfield provides help. He usually responds with platitudes and/or defensive but useless explanations and promises.)
