I don't think you will have to copy the text. Most of us have entered lots of text. From what I understand, depending upon where you entered your text, that all flags [except now I understand that it does NOT support event flags, marriage flags and source flags], sources, repositories, evidence, proofs, sure levels, non-standard "families," medical fields, miscellaneous data, biographical notes, and research notes will be imported easily into TMG. That doesn't mean that we would have to look over the results once we get the projects all imported. As with any program transfer, things might not be WHERE we think they belong. (I don't know if you went through the transfer from Roots III to UFT or not, but many of us did--things transferred well, but we had to know where to look for some of the items.) TMG will give a report at the close of the transfer process that tells the problems or questionable items encountered.
We're all going to learn along with each other, I think. That's why we have this forum. :)
