Words can not express how saddened we are by the news. We have had Roots since Roots II. We have told others how much we loved it and how it is (was) the Cadallic of family tree programs. We have followed it through owners. And, tech support has been supportive over the years.
Couldn't it be sold? Could the original owners (Commsoft) repurchase it?
Thanks for the two month offer to www.GenealogyLibrary.com, but it in no way compensates for what will be lost.
