The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. The only thing I had changed was that I split my project into two parts. The first set of ancestor charts printed fine. When I printed the second part immediately after, I had a fancy font that was difficult to read. I combined the two halves back to one whole and still had the fancy font. I checked on it a couple days later and the fancy font was still there. A few days later, it had corrected itself. It's those darn gremlins.
