I've noticed that since we did this on the familytreemaker.com site that the rate at which new articles are created and uploaded has phenomenally increased over what we previously had in place.

Adding things is even more difficult with the current UFT knowledge base as it uses a database program. Converting it all to html means it'll be much easier for people to add new articles and to have them cross-linked in various categories.

What I'd like to do is that once we get all of the current knowledge base converted for you (the plural you) to take a look and make suggestions of things that we should add to it.

Sincerely,
Paul Burchfield, Genealogy.com technical support
