Copy and Paste is what I want to avoid. I want to do this to about 2800 folks.

I figured out the citations: group the set of individuals that are to receive a citation. Go to Build -> Individual List. Then Include Individual Group. Then do Individual Citation. This applies the citation to the entire group. Works like a champ.

And with Search -> Find and Replace, I can delete stuff I don't want, but I don't seem to be able to move it from one field to the other.
