I can't help directly with your Roots V problem, since my poor 486 machine could not really handle the work of running that program, and by the time I got a better machine, UFT 2 had come along.
However, have you tried doing the same thing in Roots IV. I can still run Roots IV against the data from UFT (actually, UFT uses the Roots IV databases). Getting two programs to compare reports could indicate if it is a data problem, or a program problem.
