What happened is that when we changed our sales and fulfillment, there were some orders that had been placed with Parsons that had not been fulfilled. In the middle of May, any order remaining at Parsons that was still outstanding was cancelled out of the Parsons sales database and re-entered into the new sales system. This situation is purely one born out of the transition.
I see your 9 CD order in the new sales system. These 3 CDs have shipped, 510, 354, 591 while the remaining ones haven't.
I'd wait a week and then call to see if the others have shipped. When you call the customer service department at 1-800-548-1806, give them your customer number which is 680507 and they can then check the order history and the status of the products in that order.
