That's what I thought. But I still see that Palladium includes UFT as one of it's products. Look at their site at
- Bernstein and Horowitz are still there!

PS: It is interesting that while they say there are currently no positions open, they also say that "Palladium Interactive is a young and rapidly growing publisher of family-oriented multimedia entertainment software. We offer an energetic, diverse and enjoyable environment."
