>>I have quite a few maiden names that are jnknown and that is the way I entered them -- "Jane Unknown". Same is true with spouses of females when the given name is unknown -- Unknown Jones". Will these transfer and will I be able to continue doing this?<<

In TMG a name is a name. They should transfer without problems

>>I have many individuals with no dates or places of birth or death. I entered sort dates. How will these transfer?<<

No problem. TMG also has sort dates.

>>I entered names of cemeteries in the Place Modifier field. What kind of mess will that create?<<

Hard to say. TMG has a level below Locality, and they will probably transfer there, though it will depend on how GenBridge handles it, and you'd need to ask Bob V. However, 4.0a will have user-defined place fiels, so you ought to be able to fit it in.

>>I have many free notes as sources. Will they transfer and if so where?<<

GenBridge has a number of options, and one is whether to merge identical free notes or not, so there shouldn't be any problem.

Hope this is of some help.

Will
