Dick-

I would suggest a simpler and more necessary first step. There is a real need for users to be able to purchase a Commercial Grade Compact Disk copy of the UFT 3.10 program with all current patches included, as is.

This is a known entity which could be relied on indefinitely by users in case they need to reinstall UFT after a crash.

To ask anything more at this point from Genealogy.com would be too much. For Genealogy.com to make this available at the normal upgrade price would be a reasonable and fair thing for them to do.

Sincerely,
John Moran
