You don't say exactly what is being missed, but if you use a concordance file, Word marks only the first occurrence of an entry in each paragraph.

The Word Help suggests that you can automatically mark ALL occurrences of individual words or phrases by clicking Mark All in the Mark Index Entry dialog box, by I can't see that box to check!

Any help?
