Anyone know how to automark every word on every page using Word. I have a method where I send a list of surnames, which are connected to a family, to a page in Word. Then I want to mark each surname so that I can make a index where each surname for a family appears in a multi page report.
In Word there is a feature called automark, where a concordance is used. Here is the problem I am finding that many are being skipped over. So I have to go over 250 pages and mark the words by hand.
Anyone know why?
