I knew that mentioning the pricing issue wouldn't bring a resolution that I would favor, but the discussion is always good, none-the-less.

Would I notice a noght and day difference between ver 1 & 3? I don't use any sourse information because I'm basically just copying the work a relative had done (a LOT of work, as it takes us back to the mid 1700s) and there aren't sourses listed. So aside from information documentation is there much difference in the versions? Like more Events to choose from? Or a better GUI for inputing information? Any differences that are dramatic enough to jump out at you that you could list?
