I think the 1.x user needs to know that the difference between 1.x and 3.x is like night and day. 1.x UFT is what became of Family Gathering. Family Gathering is a name change from Visual Roots. Visual Roots was and the continuing programs from it were restricted versions of RootsIV. By restricted I mean that many features that RootsIV had were kept from the user because someone thought it would make a simpler program. Or really RootsIV for "dummies".

Upgrade and enjoy a good full feature program. You will be surprised what you have been missing.
