FJ Index marked going to Word

Sometimes I like to add the person's ID number to a index so someone can reference a name when sending me new data. The last few indexes that I have printed this way have "rn" before the number, (rn14532). But this had always been "#", the pound sign before. I looked at the index codes and what is being printed is what is marked.

Was this changed. Or is there a reason I now have "rn" in place of "#". The " marks are not part of the problem.
