Myrnice,
I just downloaded 3.1. Then I went into UFT and checked under help it says 3.1 upgrade. I then previewed a FJ where I had entered different sources for a birth event 1 for the date of birth (a Family Bible), and another (a delayed birth certificate) for the for the overall event. Both sources print out as 1 endnote which implies that that both sources pertain to the entire event.

Possibly I am getting too picky but I usually enter every source that I have even if it is results in multiple sources for the same event or parts of the event.

But, I would like the sources that pertain to just part of the event to be identified as an endnote for the part of the event to which they apply. If it wasn't meant to be used this way why did they provide evidence buttons for various parts of the event and another evidence button for the overall event?

Joe
