I can't get UFT rich text file into Word 2000. It is configured correctly as Word comes up. I get a run time error 102. I have reinstalled Word 2000. I have UFT 3.0 and a Pentium III. Forget trying to contact tech support. I have called many weeks ago and my e-mails get returned every week or so telling me to go to the web site to find my answer. I reply to the message to me generates another message we will get back to you within 7 days. Janice
