I have UFT 2.8 on my C drive. Later I put 3.0 upgrade on G drive. G has Library and Project folder is empty.
C drive has UFT folder, Library and Projects. I have been using them this way for several months now.
Today I had time to try and get the update 3.10. I followed all the instructions. I ended up doing it twice with the same results.
I am unable to open the update. A box pops up that states its a Ultimate Family Tree box with a red circle with an X in it. It says Unable to Update UFT.
I put the update first on G then on C with the same results on each. When I go to My Computer and look on each drive, I see the"puft3ua" there.
I did a Search on my Files and there is no UFTREE.EXE., only UFT. I know my UFT 3.0 is an upgrade for thats what it says in About UFT.
Now what do I try?
