The last time I checked Paul was working with others at UFT to try to solve the issue I questioned. The issue that I questioned spans, to my knowledge, across all lines of users not just 3.0 users. The tech support of the product is what they are supposed to be doing and not just for a small group but for everyone. Asking for a status from Paul is certainly not an unacceptable request nor am I asking him to re-invent the wheel here, simply bring me and everyone else that is affected up to date. I always appreciate responses from other users as well, particularly when they provide a response and/or information that will help address the question posted. Unfortuneately your response did neither of those.
