I throw a lot of bricks, sticks, mud, rufuse etc at Paul Burchfield and G.c. Most of this is because of his implausable defense of the indefensible G.c.
I neglected to publicly thank him for a UFT support problem and answer of last week. It is too bad that he seems to be the only support person tossed to the lions here or on the other program page. I understand that Melissa's primary function isn't to be here and when she does come forth it is usually with a cogent to the point answer.
So ... with thanks to Paul for his "support" ... let the wars continue.
Where is the rest of the support staff? How many are there? Is anyone there dedicated to UFT? Either on support, marketing or engineering? (The marketing turkey should be unemployed.) Why won't management stick their heads in here for a little taste or have the fortitude to answer one of the letters of complaint written to them?
Ok all back to normal.
