Publicising problems seems to be the job of the users, either on this board or through user group newsletters. Genealogy.com will usually acknowledge when we have found a problem, and may provide a work-around, which will work in some cases. Then they are quiet about it (unless they keep getting lots of complaints, such as the web page uploading problem). However, their oath of secrecy prevents us from knowing if they are doing anything about a particular problem, or if they have just forgotten about it.
It would be nice if they would acknowledge the bugs on their web site, and even better if they indicated which they hope to fix some day.
