Move one of your lists to the grouping table either by clicking on the Group button in the search window or going to Grouping and selecting the type search and "replace current list", and click Search. Then in the Grouping window, select the other search and "keep if in selected list and grouping" and click on search again. Then when printing the list, select Use List.

For example, do you Individual Presence search for those in Florida, move to grouping table. Do your Individual Name search for Pillsbury/Pilsbury. Go to Grouping, select Individual Search Names, select "keep if in selected list and grouping" and click on search. Should give you what you are after.
