Source List Printing

I create a census source for each head of household.( I also type the extract into the Transcription text box, so it's accessible to me for reference.) I don't create census events, so I would like to use a printed source list to check that I have all the available censuses for an individual.

I do a grouping search for sources with "census" in the second abbreviation. In the Search List Report I use that group to then try to print the list with just 2 columns: Abbr 1 and Abbr 2. Every time, the program goes haywire when I try to print it. The header Source List Report starts flashing like mad while the list is printing and the box where I listed the 2 columns changes from abbr 1 and abbr 2, to abbr 1 and x_source and the program freezes except for the quickly flashing header. Meanwhile, it does print, but it prints each listing multiple times. This makes for a very long list and a CTRL ALT DEL besides.

And there doesn't seem to be any regularity to the multiples. John Smith's 1850 census source may be listed 8 times, while John Doe's is listed twice. Occasionally, the source is printed only once, but that is rare. It happens with all years and there is no tying the number of printings to the year of the census. It seems quite random.

Anyone else encounter this?
