The users are complaining loudly about bugs, company indifference, poor support, company indifference, no apparent UFT development or sales efforts and public company indifference. We are told that the existance of this board demonstrates that Genealogy.com is actively supporting the program. Hmmm. Take a look at the Family Tree Detective and Creator sites. Is there any active development on those two? Not even displayed at Gendex. So we know that statement does not meet the standards for truth. Presence does not = support. We are told that Genealogy.com is an independant company and that Mattel has nothing to do with the company but we all can read that they are (for the present) one of the owners. Another mis-statement. We are told there "is" support but it is only recently (following active complaints to the owners) that "more" effort is being directed at filling the breach in the dike. There is still no resolution and no indication of actual time spent other than creating non-answers to our complaints. And joy of joys! We will soon have support like FTM: Paul Burchfield and a couple of volunteers! But wait! We already have that. At least our "volunteers" seem more savy with the program. John, Richard, Ron et al. Soon you too could have a team UFT banner. You too, Bob...Bob? Another mushroom gone. The native (user) drums are getting louder because of the active and passive untruths from the company. How are we to know what the truth is even if it spouts forth? Wolf? Listen to the drums and beware, Genealogy.com. When they stop the mushrooms will be in someone elses forest.
