Paul, in response to my message you said in part:
"Define supported. . . . . . . . . . . ."
Balderdash, Paul; fertilize the mushrooms with your dialogue. You know very well that Genealogy.com has so unrealistically overdone the matter of commercial secrecy that most of your loyal customers think you have abandoned the UFT program. Many, if not most, loyal users are already seriously considering what other program to use when you finally shoot UFT in the head (after it is already dead). Instead of irrigating your loyal users with the above kind of balderdash, why don't you give some reassurance that support and development for UFT will be continued, preferably by actions, such as correction of some known bugs. The answer, of course, is that such support and development have already been stopped, leaving your loyal paying customers out in the cold, and paradoxically some of the User Groups (RUGs) continue to demonstrate your program to the public for you, despite your bizarre policy of generating mushroom fertilizer.
UFT's loyal users and RUGs will be delighted to speak highly of the program, with obvious benefit to all concerned if they see positive signs of continued support and development in the usual ethical context of genealogy programs.
