I can see that the unzip is failing. That's all the tool I have tells me (I can see if it was successful or if it failed). I can't see specifics. The testing plan is to have one of our Internet engineers look at the scripts that handle the processing of files once they are uploaded and basically go through the steps manually that the script does automatically. In this way we hope that we can will be able to see exactly what is happening and when it happens. And once the root cause is found a solution can then be planned, implemented and tested.
