I believe that bringing all technical support in house will prove to be a positive thing for all of our customers. There are benefits that will come from having only one phone queue. Having everyone in one location will also make it easier to train and keep everyone updated. We'll also have more people to do electronic support.
As for the upload issue, I can tell you that it has recently been getting more attention here. And again, when there is news to share, I'll share it.
